David Elia é um designer e artista nascido no Rio de Janeiro, Brasil. De herança Libanesa e Uruguaia, e crescendo entre a França, os Estados Unidos e o Brasil, David é tanto um verdadeiro Brasileiro como um cidadão do mundo.
Fluente em Inglês, Francês, Português e Espanhol, David, sempre desenvolveu um forte interesse no design e nas artes desde pequeno, os quais foram aperfeiçoados na prática e em formação de alto nível acadêmico; David estudou Arquitetura de Interiores e Desenho Industrial na Rhode Island School of Design nos Estados Unidos e na Domus Academy de Milão. David foi premiado pela International Forum Materials Design, o Premio Esther Pine em Belas Artes, o Premio Leonard Bernstein e seu trabalho faz parte de importantes coleções privadas atravez o mundo. David fundou o Studio Karambola após trabalhar com seus mentores, os Irmãos Campana em 2010 em São Paulo, Brasil.
David Elia is a product designer and artist born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. With a mix of Lebanese and Uruguayan heritage and growing up between France, the U.S. and Brazil, David is both a true Brazilian and a citizen of the world. Fluent in English, French, Portuguese and Spanish, David, for as long as he can remember, has developed a strong interest in design and the arts, which has been perfected through practice and training at high academic levels, including a masters of interior architecture and Industrial Design at the Rhode Island School of Design in the U.S. and at Domus Academy in Milan. David is the recipient of the International Forum Materials Design Award, the Esther Pine Memorial Award in Fine Arts, the Leonard Bernstein Festival of the Arts Grant and his work is among important private collections throughout the world. David founded Studio Karambola after working with his mentors, the Campana Brothers during 2010 in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
